Alert to triage to mitigation, with status page updates and a postmortem trail.. Use it in runbooks — during an incident the picture is faster than prose.

How to customize

Add a step or node. Insert one line: node new_id 'New label' below anchor — placement is relative, so the solver re-flows the whole diagram instantly.
Relabel an edge. Edit the text after the arrow: edge a -> b 'your label' — labels are the fastest way to carry rates, protocols or percentages.
Change reading order. Swap a placement word: below to right of rotates a branch sideways without touching any other line.
